Soluzioni Tirinnanzi S.r.l. has carried out a skills enhancement programme under the call “Skills & Innovation – Line 1: Skills Enhancement”, co-funded by the European Union, the Italian State, and the Lombardy Region (ERDF RP 2021–2027).

The objective of the project was to strengthen internal capabilities to support the digitalization of processes and the integration of advanced technologies in the fields of IoT and AI, making the organization and its B2B delivery model more scalable.

During the project, operational tools and methodologies were developed and consolidated to: analyze business processes and identify skills gaps; define a digital transformation roadmap and monitoring KPIs; structure delivery templates and guidelines; and enhance IoT data management and remote device management functionalities.
In addition, training activities were carried out on generative AI, prompt design, and knowledge management, aimed at improving efficiency and standardization of technical and operational documentation.
